H.B. Fuller Employee, Aaron Thomas

Aaron Thomas is a Senior Operator, D Shift in H.B. Fuller's Paducah, Kentucky facility. In addition to his full-time job, he proudly holds many other titles:
Union President, committee member, Veteran, preacher, husband and Dancer.

Aaron was selected by the American Cancer Society to participate in their annual Dancing With Our Stars fundraiser. Like the popular show "Dancing with the Stars," several area notables are paired up with dance coaches (who in Aaron’s case is his wife) to prepare a routine to be judged in competition. In the months leading up to the competition, dancers work to raise money for the American Cancer Society.

What sets Aaron apart from the other competitors?

He is all in, all the time. When he’s not at work he is giving himself in service to others. As he says, “My service comes from my mother and father. My father, who passed away when I was young, was a Vietnam veteran. My grandfather was a pastor and my mother and several family members are also ministers. I am driven to inspire hope, whether it’s through prayer, making people laugh, or helping where help is needed. Someone once said ‘a little kindness goes a long way’.”

Josh Randles, Community Affairs Council chairperson at H.B. Fuller, knows Aaron well. He says, “Aaron is such a positive person; always up and positive, with a great, outgoing personality.”

The 14th annual Dancing With Our Stars fundraiser for the American Cancer Society will be Feb 29, 2020 at the Paducah Convention Center in Paducah, Kentucky.  Learn more about Aaron and support his efforts here.
